O que é?
A palavra Yoga origina-se da língua sânscrita e significa, basicamente unir, integrar, comungar. Surgiu há milhares de anos na Índia e, atualmente, entre os mais de dez diferentes métodos, o mais conhecido é o Hatha Yoga, que é uma prática de treinamento físico, mental e emocional combinados, unidos, integrados.
